After recovering from hip surgery the previous year, I was looking for a trainer to get me over the mental hurdle of working out again. I happened upon Chris and am incredibly grateful that I did. Chris has a very thoughtful and well-rounded approach to training and teaching. He is clearly passionate about his work and invested in his clients' health -- and he's a kind and all-around great guy to work with. Highly recommend! He is unlike any trainer I've engaged in the past. He has demonstrated a great ability to understand the differences in every human body type, and really tailors the program tailored to your needs and limitations. Chris also takes great care to educate you on training methods that will minimize your injuries while in training, and in the future. I would sincerely recommend chris to anyone who's seeking any short term or long term health and fitness goals. I can tell you that chris will make it happen somehow. Last but not the least, which makes it a pleasure for anyone to work with him.
I have been working with Vaughn for about 6 months. I started with the expectation of learning proper form for training and of course being accountable to someone besides myself. What I can share is that I got much more value than that. Besides, the nutrition primer, stretching techniques, workouts, and text messages, Vaughn asked questions that really got my mind turning on the cause (as opposed to the symptoms) of my declining fitness level. It has been motivating and illuminating and I would recommend him and Lifelong Fitness to ANYONE who is ready to make some changes and would benefit from a partner in the process.
Gina really cares about people. She is constantly doing things for her clients that show she is thinking about them and sending them good vibes. It was all the little things she did for me that made such a big difference. It's also obvious that she has a great depth of knowledge about physical health and nutrition and she incorporates that into creating overall health on an individual basis.

I was looking for an instructor to guide me and teach me the yoga basics. I got much more with Linda. She taught me about nutrition and body chemistry right along with meditation and yoga. Her skills and knowledge is outstanding. She is very friendly but firm in her principles. I am so glad I found her and highly recommend her to all who wish to better themselves.

I worked with malinda to improve my diet because I am a college athlete. I do a lot of exercising and I needed guidance on what foods would fuel me to increase my performance and cut body fat. We did a program for about 7 weeks and I cut down 8 pounds from 138lbs and looked like the same me, but more toned and healthy. Malinda was very good at working with your individual schedule to ensure you can succeed. She wants you to eat food you ENJOY and that makes it so much easier. I was surprised at how eating the right things and the right portion sizes effected me so greatly in such a short period of time. Malinda is very approachable, but still pushes you to keep working hard. I finished the meal plans over 2 months ago, but I have still remained right around my ending weight because the principles you learn are valuable and manageable long term!
I've been working with Jason at Modiv for about two months now and I've already lost 10 lbs. He's a very knowledgeable nutritionist that gives great tips and pointers as well as motivational check-in's throughout the week.
