Monova Homes has the best value for money. Jay is extremely communicative and provides punctual updates. We had the option to purchase our own materials or have them come from a recommended shop that helped us with the design and flexibility in the ultimate cost. His workers were kind and polite and we appreciate the work quality.

Monova did an excellent job renovating our 5x6 bathroom converting tub to a walk in shower. All of the walls were covered in penny tiles and they were able to remove those. We installed all new fixtures and vanity and had them put in a new floor.
They also did a fantastic job finishing our laundry room and installing vinyl flooring. The laundry room was conpletely unfinished and had ugly cinder block walls and pipes exposed. The recessed lighting in laundry room are great. Laundry room has become a great space!

MONOVA gave us a quote for our master bathroom remodel project. We agreed and then they sent us a material list. We used that to procure the material, hardware etc. that matched our taste. The work was performed in a very professional way. The tile installation is a true work of art and we could not be happier with the results. Every day the foreman came to check on progress. During the demo stage we were pleased on how clean and comprehensive the crew was.

I recently awarded Monova Contractors a project to build out a new bathroom inside my home with a tight schedule and within my budget. The team was extremely friendly and accommodating to my constraints. The project was my first shower install and the installers provided recommendations based on their experience which helped a lot! The final bathroom build is nothing short but amazing and has already received several compliments by new tenants.
The installers really went above and beyond the service requirements and I think that really says a lot about the type of company Monova hires for. I will be hiring them again!
