Hi. My name is Apple, and I'm an executive chef. I travel throughout the US preparing delicious gourmet meals, and teaching cooking classes to my many clients (celebrities, musicians, world leaders, and ambassadors). I have an extremely wide portfolio of culinary flavours. These are the different cuisines I am well-versed in, and learned from chefs of these countries/regions on how to prepare authentically (Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, East and West Indian, Caribbean, Spanish, French and Italian).
I love food and using quality ingredients, and can be found many days schlepping to farmers' markets to see what's in stock and season. Many of my customers love me for the simple fact, that I give them what they ask for, with a little extra on top. I go above and beyond my requirements as your chef. I believe wholeheartedly that the beginning of any great relationship is over amazing food, and that's what I create - amazing food!
