I had a very positive experience working with Martin and Andes Contracting for the first time to build a deck and redo the concrete in my backyard and parking pad. Martin was always very responsive and answered all my questions patiently. The job was finished within the time parameters agreed on and generally on budget -- some additional fees were explained to me in a reasonable way. The new deck looks fantastic; I've gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors and friends on it. I will definitely use Andes Contracting again when I have another home renovation project.

I had such a great experience, working with Martin and the teams scheduling manager here in this app working on my quote for one bedroom apartment. Martin came in shortly and gave me a very meticulous and precise plan right off the bat. I was very happy to receive a detailed quote, and this company seemed very professional from the details point. Unfortunately, I went working with another contractor Because of the more personal discount but this company would be my second choice. With them I wouldn’t have to worry about contacting management of my building and checking the work every day to control it because this is what the project manager Martin would do and report to me.
