Amazing work by the team at AREGA General Contracting. Chose them to do our kitchen backsplash project using large format tile. The result is amazing and we couldn’t be any happier. Arega general contracting was awesome! Elena was very response and helped me figure out exactly what I needed to complete the project (backsplash for kitchen). She was extremely professional and provided a very fair value for the work. Juan came out day of install on time and did great work!! My husband and I needed to replace our old terra cotta kitchen floor (small chipped tiles with very large grout joints). We are very happy with the rest of our kitchen, so this was a daunting and precarious job. I’m so glad that we chose Arega to take on this project.
From the start, communication with Elena was easy and timely. She took her time to make sure every detail was discussed and assured us that Juan (in charge of removing and replacing the tiles) would take the utmost care of our existing cabinets.
This was not at all an easy job and we trusted Juan because he is very conscientious and skilled. There was no damage to our kitchen, almost no dust created and everything was cleaned up beautifully.
I am an interior designer and have worked on many full renovations for clients, but it is is difficult to find a company like Arega that specializes in tile work only. We are very happy to have found them and love our new kitchen floor. I hope to work with them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive with similar companies and our craftsmanship is guaranteed for one year. There may be times (depending on the time of the year) that we are able to offer discounts to our new customers. Please feel free to inquire when reaching out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make our process as simple as possible for our customers.
1. We allow our customers to choose a method of communication
2. We provide a quote/price right away (if we are able to determine the scope of the work without a site visit)
3. If customer decides to proceed with us to do the project, we email them a Service Agreement
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My brother has been doing this type of work for over 25 years for custom home builders, architects, engineers, homeowners and construction companies. He specializes in custom and complex tile and flooring installation and patterns. He does the installation and I do the logistics and communication with our clients.
