Chef was great, he was responsive, friendly, worked with me on the menu, and arrived prepared and organized. The food was great and timed based on when my guests actually arrived and were ready to begin. We will be booking again and so will my friends!

William made a wonderful meal for my daughter’s 31st birthday. He came fully prepared even with plates! The food was delicious, portions were generous and he even did the dishes! His rate was extremely reasonable and he was very professional, kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend him!!

We were so impressed with Chef Will’s menu and preparation. We hired him last minute for a dinner party of 17 and he did not disappoint! We had a tomato themed dinner and he utilized tomatoes in nearly every dish. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend his services!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price point for plated meals is 65 dollars a person and 50 dollars an hour for five hours. There is a different price for family style meals, drop off, and buffet. The price can change depending on the complex and amount of service that the client needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with them and give them a chance to describe what they are looking for so I can give them an approriate offer of my services

I worked in the culinary field for over twenty years. I worked with Fine dining hotels, Restaurants, and upscale. I worked at various bakeries also a gluten and vegan bakery. I worked in the Hospitals and retirement/ rehablitation centers. I also worked for catering companies and ect. I went to school for culinary in Richmond Va.
