- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you're interested in training, we offer the first session for free! Afterwards we offer a discounted price if you make the decision within a week of our initial session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and schedule our first session (Free of charge) to help understand the clients goals, fitness level, and any potential muscle imbalances / compensations / health accommodations. Afterwards, we go over our pricing and packages. Once we agree and collect payment, we set our weekly scheduled meeting times and design a program for the client tailored to their goals. training program isdelivered to the client within 24 hours. We will also send over our PTQ to ensure the client isn't at risk for injury or any other potential danger to their health by beginning our fitness program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MyFitness began in 2020 with 10 + years of experience, evidence based education, as well as multiple Nationally Recognized Certifications such as Personal training and Corrective Exercise from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Balance and Mobility, Senior Care, Exercise Modalities and More!
