- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing options are discussed after we’ve agreed we could successfully work together during the initial call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a 15-30 minute introductory call. During the call we’ll qualify each other as a client and fitness professional to check working chemistry. Shortly after you’ll receive the necessary forms needed to start training. We schedule our assessment and start training soon after!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and over 8 years of experience in the field.
