- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have state of the art reservations systems at our finger tips and come to you with a wealth of knowledge in the industry. It is best to obtain detail information; allowing us to research the best programs and prices and respond with an email. After reviewing the information we can follow up with you regarding booking or discuss any alterations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Something you should know. I worked for an airline for several years when I first started my career. I dont think any changes in the world as much as the airlines in terms of equipment, schedules and flight patterns, crew to meals and other things that we really don't think about as consumers. Lets not forget fares! Ask me about fares! We must keep ourselves updated as much as we possibly can and keep up with the demand of client needs. In addition; we attend seminars, classes and weekly meetings. The airline industry has over 700 times a day.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide international tours, adventure travel, conferences, missions and cruises. Since I have been in the industry for almost 30 years I have handled all aspect of travel so my clients will come to me for almost anything. From planning a honeymoon, adventure tour to conferencing. We love our clients. They are patient, kind and we look forward to assisting them every year! We would love to have you join us on one of our upcoming journeys.
