I consider Vin Lee an essential resource. I am a psychologist in private practice. It is essential for my practice that I have fully functioning IT capabilities. I am a really good psychotherapist and a terrible tech geek. Vin has on numerous occasions patiently and expertly taught me how to navigate and understand many computer programs and applications that allow me to function more efficiently. Additionally, when I have an issue with some aspect of my computer software not functioning properly, Vin will troubleshoot the problem and has always provided a solution. I work using a couple of different computers in different locations. Recently, for some reason, my google drive was not syncing on any of my devices. I was unable to resolve the problem even after following all of the advice I could find online about how to do so. Vin was able to identify the problem and resolve it and I am now back up and running. If I have any problem or any question regarding IT, Vin is absolutely my go-to resource. If what I need is beyond the service he can provide, he will tell me exactly who to contact to get what I need. That is why I consider his services essential.

Vin has been helping me for years with many things - computers, software, WiFi, home networks, etc. He's very educated about that of which he speaks and, if he is temporarily stumped, he humbly offers to do some more research so as to help.
