- What types of customers have you worked with?
While the vast majority of our clients choose to work with us on Mid-Day Dog Walks, we do have a large number of clients who use us for Private Boarding and Overnight Stays. We also provide visits for cats, birds, fish, snakes, scorpions, etc. If you have a pet... we'll be able to care for it!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you're searching for a new Dog Walker or Pet Sitter consider that factors that are most important to you. Consider "who" you're letting in to your home. Ask yourself, is this someone I trust to care for my pet and someone I can trust in my home. Consider how well YOU and your pet get along with the team member. If an issue or challenge arises, you want to feel comfortable in knowing that you can quickly and easily resolve any issues, not worry about having sitter return your call. Consider what you would want from the BEST Pet Care Provider and compare that to the companies you interview. Look at the history of the company you hire. Ask for referrals and take the time to search online for reviews.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The one thing that I wish customers would know about Fetch! Pet Care is that we take our work very seriously and strive to provide an exceedingly special customer experience to ALL of our clients / pets. Whether it's a quick note to say how our daily visits went, or, being available at a moments notice to help with unexpected schedule changes, we always do our best to help in any way that we can.
