If you want to get strong, reduce pain, and feel like a superhero, work with Edith! You’ll get workouts customized to your goals and fitness level. I love that the workouts are progressive, so you’re working on similar things week-to-week, but vary enough to still feel challenging and mentally engaging. Anytime something has felt weird, Edith has been really helpful in figuring out if I need to fix my form or if we need to weak my workouts. After 6 months of working with Edith, I realized my pain points were not only drastically reduced - they were strong! I was lifting weights I never expected to! Edith is so much more than a coach - she’s amazing - and you will love working with her!

When I started training with Edith I was very intimidated by the weights in the gym. I wanted to learn, but had doubts that I'd ever feel comfortable in the "guy area" of the gym. But Edith is magic. She is very focused on good form and injury prevention (plus injury rehab if you need it), but she also is her clients' biggest cheerleader! Her confidence is inspiring and I quickly overcame my self-consciousness about lifting weights, became comfortable in the weights section of the gym, and found myself empowered by the strength and confidence I was gaining through working with Edith in the gym. I learned to do movements that I would have sworn I'd never be able to tackle -- and I loved it. With Edith, I had a partner in building strength and fitness as a foundational aspect of my life. I learned so much, and gained a friend in the process. Signing up for training sessions with Edith was one of the best investments I've ever made in myself.

Working with Edith has been nothing short of life changing! I started training with her in 2019 ahead of a major neurosurgery. At the time, I had serious mobility restrictions and pain; she tailored everything to keep me moving and build strength before my procedure. Post-procedure, we slowly built back my strength and functionality safely. Now, three years later, I have never felt stronger or more capable! Edith's positive attitude makes doing challenging workouts fun, and I recommend her to anyone!

Edith is a phenomenal trainer and partner when it comes to any fitness journey you're looking to embark on. The fact she has her degree in sports medicine adds a complexity that you just won't find anywhere else (it's good to know she'll be able to pinpoint my belly aching and adjust the training accordingly!)
