I can say beyond any shadow of a doubt, Victoria's years of experience, knowledge and ability to create the ultimate relaxing atmosphere, has given me not just a near-celestial experience but also a reduction in pain symptoms better than any doctor or medication could offer. She's the absolute best! If I could give 10 stars I would.
Ninette is amazing and I am grateful for her classes! I am obese, uncoordinated, not very flexible and have very little upper body strength. I'm also prone to dropping an F-bomb when I feel discomfort. I'm the type of person who might avoid a yoga class because I'd stick out like a sore thumb. Ninette has made me feel so welcome in her class and provides constant encouragement. She also makes sure I do everything correctly and tells me how to "scale down" a pose when I'm struggling. In her classes, I feel free to ask questions, gently challenge myself and LAUGH. We always laugh in class! Ninette keeps us on track and ever mindful of how our bodies respond to stretching, but she also trusts us to set the tone for the class and appreciates all the cursing, whining and frustration that often come from stretching when everything is locked up tight. I highly recommend her class to anyone and everyone!

The Yoga Studio is for inner joy. We offer Kripalu yoga and Svaroopa® yoga classes. The Kripalu yoga classes have a focus on quality of presence and non-competitiveness with self. Yoga is first an offering to the divine, within and without. The vinyasa style practices with finding the path of ease rather that of struggle and strain. The levels are from advanced beginners to moderately advanced. Students who like these classes are not looking for very advanced asanas, but rather a quality of ease and inner knowing gearing toward meditation. Svaroopa® yoga was founded by Swami Nirmalananda of Saraswati. Its focus is on core opening. It's a supported practice. The use of props and the very precise alignments allow the body to very safely release the deeper layers of tension in the muscles attached to the spine, as well as, release the mind and emotions. The openings are incremental and lead to the deeper awareness and remembering of our true nature which is blissful. Students often start these classes to ease their physical and mental stress and also to find relief from the pain their body.
