Awesome workouts! You don't get stuck doing the same routine each time. Very flexible scheduling to match your needs. One on one training to push you, but not break you. Focus on how to move correctly and not just throw weights. Highly recommend!

Angela is best and I saw the significant results after we started the training. We use to train 2 days a week from may of 2016 and I'm very disappointed that she has to move away to different place. She custom designed a meal plan and workout sets for me and that helped me a lot. Also, she is very good at motivation and pushing the thresholds to improve the endurance and agility training.

I started training with Mattie a few weeks ago. Our sessions are about 1 hour and she also develops a cardio plan for me to complete each week. She has been doing a fantastic job providing a fitness routine for me while being in the first trimester of pregnancy. She is a knowledgeable personal trainer who is helping me achieve a healthy pregnancy. Not only has she made me feel comfortable but was a great person to talk to during our sessions. I would definitely recommend her as a trainer!
Although I don’t train with him anymore, because he relocated 😒👎🏼 He definitely laid the foundation of the present journey that I am on. He has made this lifestyle transition much easier as I am now getting into a higher level of challenges. I miss working with him.
Erik is very knowledgeable, professional, motivational, and very responsive. His personalized training plan was easy to follow and I made noticeable gains in a short amount of time. Even with my various past injuries and shortcomings, he made a plan I could stick to and really get a lot out of. His nutrition plan - though it is a lot of meal prepping - complemented the training plan wonderfully. I was really worried about not being able to keep it up on my own afterward, but surprisingly have been able to keep losing weight and keep building muscle following a lot of what he started.
