FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering a promotional discount to my first 5 clients, since I am a new personal trainer. While my rates are normally $45-50/session, I am temporarily lowering the cost to $35/session, regardless of number of sessions committed to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will schedule a free consultation with the prospective client to take place at the gym I am currently training at, Your Time Fitness. During this session, we will discuss goals and go through a sample workout catered to those specific aims. I do also offer online training and am willing to travel to other gyms (apartment gyms, home gyms, etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified to personal train through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also working towards other certifications in order to become more well-rounded as a fitness professional.
