I love getting trained by Mo! She is so patient and doesn't push but makes sure you are doing everything correctly and efficiently! Super knowledgeable and a great trainer for sure.

Started working with Almoni January 2021 with intentions of toning my body and building up my strength. As a former collegiate athlete, I wanted to be challenged while still having fun. Every expectation I had was BEYOND exceeded. I ended up falling in love with the gym and the new body she helped me build. Her knowledge and patience is incomparable, as every 4 weeks I’m even more amazed at the new programs she makes for me… never a dull moment! Due to this, I’ve passed her onto to train my grandmother(82) and my sister(33).
I tend to have a lot of clarifying questions even with my experience and she has always has the answers, with examples to match. Not to mention I get complimented on my progress and asked who’s my trainer every week! If you have any doubts about buying a program this is your sign to go ahead and commit! I promise you won’t regret it.

My experiences with Almoni have been five star. She is very professional, and responsive to all questions . Almoni's in depth knowledge about fitness and her positive "can do" attitude is refreshing. She is definitely AMAZING!!
