Initially, I like the assessment that Coach X had me to complete regarding physical goals. Then as I started my training Coach encouraged and has pushed me hard! Because some days the physical pain would kick in; Lol, but it has been worth it. Meanwhile, as my training progresses I can see myself becoming leaner. More Importantly, the training enables me to focus on maintaining a good daily diet(no dieting, just eating healthier). So I would and have recommended Coach X to others. I would highly recommend Craig and FSR Fitness to anyone looking for a dependable trainer. In the last couple of months of working with Craig I've definitely seen a noticeable difference in muscle tone and increased strength. Have a mobile trainer is great for me because I am easily intimidated by the gym and all of the equipment. Craig is able to show me the proper form and technique so I am confident to master the machines and my workout when training solo. I would highly recommend his services to all levels of fitness and ability.

First, Let me just say I love the service Glatter Fitness provides so much I did a video testimonial! I am in the best shape of my life, I am happier, healthier, and stronger. I never really put much stock in strength training (weights and kettlebells) as a method to lose weight for fear it would make me "bulky" but it is actually quite the opposite. I have lost weight, I am stronger than I ever thought possible, and have lowered some health risks, which before starting were an issue for me. Michael always answers questions I have rather knowledgeably. He is far more knowledgeable than some other personal trainers I have encountered and can even provide me a source for the information he gives. If you are willing to put forth the hard work, actually come and work out, and follow his food guide, you will make improvements. I went from doing push ups on my knees to being able to do one hand push ups. I can lift weights in excess of 150 pounds. I have a smaller waist size and far better endurance. As far as accessibility, he does not limit when you can come, which I love. He has 5 class times throughout the day so it allows for flexibility. I don't foresee any time in the future where Glatter Fitness will not be in my life. When I say I am in some of the best shape of my life, I mean it in every way possible. I owe all this to Glatter Fitness!

Malikah Karim is an amazing teacher. You can definitely see she's had excellent training by the way she shows the class each pose and the various ways to modify the position to fit our personal skill level.
