I spoke with a few people and out of them all Jonathan Matthew was really ambitious, driven and informative on exactly things I needed to strengthen with emphasis on clean eating. Fitness coach Johnathan has experience in training other law enforcement officers so, he knew exactly what I needed to focus on.
