I took one of Carrie's Bootcamp classes. I really liked how every week, it was different and challenging. Carrie is a great fitness instructor. Each exercise could be tailored to every participant's fitness level.
I've been training with Andrew Lee and he is AWESOME! He genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals and makes sure he trains you at your own comfortable pace. He is also very thorough about getting your background and making sure you have no past injuries and also making sure you perform the exercise correctly to prevent future injuries. He is very fun and knowledgeable in fitness overall and creates a good blend of different exercises and workout plans! You should go try him out!
I am starting to see great results since I have been working with Joe. He really pushes me when I want to give up and I think that's wonderful. He gives me the confidence in myself to keep training to get to where I want to be in my fitness goals. Joe is so dedicated and has so much passion and knowledge in what he does. I attended a group/bootcamp total body fitness class on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays . It was the best fitness experience I've ever had ! She really knew how to motivate me. I felt very comfortable and never out of place. She focused on every one indivdually and as a whole perfectly. I noticed a difference in my stamina after a couple weeks . I noticed changes in my body after three weeks . I learned how to correctly do so many activities and fitness moves that I can take with me for life to keep improving on myself and fitness level .

Brandon Hyde spent several weeks working out with me prior to me shipping to Parris Island for Marine Corps bootcamp. My goal was to bulk up, but at the same time build muscular strength and endurance. Brandon led our workouts and maintained an intense pace, incorporating drop sets, super sets, etc. in order to increase muscle activation and fatigue. Brandon also incorporated several variations of common workouts that targeted muscles in a different manner than i was used to, thus helping me build overall strength as well as muscle symmetry. He offered me advice on how to plan my meals and what foods are a must and what to avoid. He was able to help me pack on several pounds of lean muscle as well as improve overall strength in mere weeks, and ultimately helped me to be more successful in my 13 weeks at boocamp.
