I've been training with Elton for about 6 weeks now. During this time I've seen a huge improvement in my strength, cardio and flexibility, and I'm on track for achieving my goals within the timeframe we set at the beginning. Each training session is hard work but so much fun and Elton always checks in on my diet and adjusts the exercises to best suit me. Since starting training with Elton I'm also sleeping better, eating better and feeling healthy and strong. I'm incredibly grateful that I found Elton and strongly recommend him for personal training.
I started at The Wellness Xchange in October 2014 with a 10-session package of both personal and small group training. I was in decent shape and had been active all my life, but with each passing decade I noticed decreased strength and muscle mass, and the inability to shed those infamous last 10-15 pounds. I was somewhat skeptical of the weight loss results other clients were sharing, and wasn't sure if I'd have the time to attend classes with my busy career as a nurse, a wife and a mother of two. After the first class I was HOOKED! Within one week, I changed my package to a 6-month membership and began to see the positive changes not only in my body, but my outlook on life and my attitude toward weight loss. The staff at WXC consistently challenges me physically and the variety of the workouts leaves my muscles constantly guessing what's next! I still cant believe that Im getting the best results Ive ever had in my life only exercising at WXC 2-3 days a week versus exercising on my own 6 days a week! Ive lost inches, changed clothing size, and receive compliments daily about how defined I look. I have MORE energy than I've had in years, and I finally feel like I have a healthy relationship with food. I went through the holidays without packing on my customary 10 pounds and am looking forward to summer, wearing shorts and tanks with more confidence than I've had in years. I trained with Erin when I was looking to lose my last bit of baby weight after having twins. Erin was phenomenal! She kept our workouts varied and had me working muscles I didn't even know existed. She helped me to stay motivated when my natural inclination to quit when I get sweaty started to kick in. Training with her was fun and informative and you can tell that she really knows her stuff!
