FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We include a robust, 26 point inspection with our residential dryer vent cleanings. Doing so helps make you aware of any particular safety or maintenance concerns to put on your radar. We do not have one flat price because we need to ask you some further questions about your setup in order to give you a fair and accurate price quote. We offer a $10 discount off a cleaning for Seniors, Military and First Responders. We appreciate you all!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you're ready to schedule, we work with you to find the next available appointment that works with your schedule. The technician will give you a courtesy call to supply his expected arrival time. When we arrive at your door we have our mask on and shoe booties ready--and there's always a smile behind that mask! We will confirm the reason for our visit and get any further information from you that you feel is relevant. Once we start the work we will keep you apprised of our progress (sometime it's nice to know how much debris we cleaned from your system or if there was a birds nest, etc). Typically, a dryer vent cleaning takes about an hour or so to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We perform extensive in-house training, require a high knowledge level of code and appliance manufacturer standards, and only allow employ technicians that have earned the nationally recognized, "Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician" credential.
