I met with Deep to do a consultation. Before meeting, I was a little hesitant because personal training can be expensive, but after meeting with him, I could tell he would be a great trainer to help me reach my goals. He is knowledgeable, professional and very kind. Definitely recommend!
Coach X has been an integral part in the improvement of my overall health and fitness. I really like that he offers group and personal training options. I take group 2x per week and personal sessions 2x per week. Not only have I lost weight but I feel great! 😊 His style of teaching is firm but fun. He has a great personality and provides just the right amount of support to get me to the next level. His workouts are challenging but effective and never boring. I've been to just about every gym in Richmond and several personal trainers with a fraction of the results I've received in less time from Coach X. He's amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about improving their health and ready to do the work!
The staff at FSR fitness studio are very encouraging, motivational,conscientious and professional. What I like most about them is they believe in Total Fitness- Mind, Body and Soul. More specifically, I have been working with my personal trainer now for about 3 weeks and he has helped me to create a healthy meal plan, designed effective exercises that I can do at work and tailored a workout plan just for me as I work toward reaching my personal goals. I'm pleased to say that since I have been working with my PT, I'm more energetic and motivated, overall healthy and happy with my new Wellness journey?.

First, Let me just say I love the service Glatter Fitness provides so much I did a video testimonial! I am in the best shape of my life, I am happier, healthier, and stronger. I never really put much stock in strength training (weights and kettlebells) as a method to lose weight for fear it would make me "bulky" but it is actually quite the opposite. I have lost weight, I am stronger than I ever thought possible, and have lowered some health risks, which before starting were an issue for me. Michael always answers questions I have rather knowledgeably. He is far more knowledgeable than some other personal trainers I have encountered and can even provide me a source for the information he gives. If you are willing to put forth the hard work, actually come and work out, and follow his food guide, you will make improvements. I went from doing push ups on my knees to being able to do one hand push ups. I can lift weights in excess of 150 pounds. I have a smaller waist size and far better endurance. As far as accessibility, he does not limit when you can come, which I love. He has 5 class times throughout the day so it allows for flexibility. I don't foresee any time in the future where Glatter Fitness will not be in my life. When I say I am in some of the best shape of my life, I mean it in every way possible. I owe all this to Glatter Fitness!
I trained with Brian for over a year at X3 before he left Atlanta. I was very sorry to see him go. From day 1 he impressed me with his very thorough technical knowledge and his attention to detail. Before living in Atlanta I trained for 5 years at Sweat in Orlando and thus have a high standard for personal trainers. Brian completely sold me on his skills from the first day. The sessions were immediately geared towards my goals, with complex, full body moves in the weight room and fast-paced cardio/bootcamp-style sessions meant to raise and lower heart rate in intervals. All the things I knew I had to do to get to my goals. I also noticed he kept notes of my progress so I had confidence that he was going to push and change things as progress dictated. He did in fact over time alter not just the weights but the sessions to adjust based on progress I was or was not making. He brought up nutrition from the first day, setting goals for me, setting up a tracking system, and was always very proactive about reviewing my food journals. He was never afraid to call me out on things I should be changing, which is good. You don't need a trainer to tell you what you want to hear! His meal service was on point. Very tasty food, lots of options, and cooked with a lot of attention to the ingredients, quality, and cooking methods. That was a very nice added bonus. I can't speak highly enough of Brian, he is an excellent personal trainer.
When you think about some personal trainers you think about what you see in movies, reality shows, and TV in general. What I mean by this is a hulking and aggressive figure who barks instructions and who reminds you more of a drill sergeant than a trainer. When I had my first session with Jacob my mind was instantly put at ease as his soft spoken demeanor and encouraging methods had me doing 2 or 3 more reps than I thought were possible. When taking breaks in between sets Jacob and I talk about our lives and passions and we have built a relationship stronger than just trainer and client. Since I started working with him I have lost multiple inches on multiple problem areas of my body and I am beginning to see the results I have craved for so long that I thought were lost forever. Without writing a novel singing Jacobs praises (which I could do as he is awesome!), I will just say that if you are in the Richmond metro area and are looking to shed some pounds for whatever reason please go see him at Crunch Fitness on Brook Road in Lakeside and I promise you that you will be happy you made that decision every day. He has given me some of my health back as well as my confidence so thank you Jacob!!!
After working with CJ 5 days/week for 3+ weeks; I feel AMAZING. All of my friends have noticed I look slimmer and more toned. CJ isn't just your average Personal Trainer. She lives, breathes, and sleeps healthy living and is such an inspiration. She is well-rounded in everything from yoga and kickboxing to mixed martial arts and boot camp training. Cedrick did an outstanding job ! We had our own personal gym to ourselves and I've been through a workout like I never been through before, who pushed me to a limit I didn't think I have and to this point and time he has been training me for a month straight 3 times a week and I've lost 12 pounds ! You will never meet a more determined or driven personal trainer out there. He is very flexible with his time with you and keeps it real. There is no guessing with what results you will expect. After every work out with Andrew I feel pumped for the rest of the day !
Mr. Doug as I call him is the trainer that I truly needed! As a a Marine Corp Vet, he is disciplined and will make sure that you follow through with what you are wanting to achieve! His Motto, "This is a Lifestyle Change"!! He truly lives by this motto! There were days I wanted to quit and he would just smile and say picture where you want to be!! He is the epitome of a personal trainer that has your best interest in mind! In the short time I have been working with him, I'm down almost 20 pounds and several inches! Working with Laurel has been such a positive experience! She has been extremely motivating and understanding, while still managing to absolutely push me to my goals. Laurel definitely knows what she's doing and provides help not only in the gym, but also for any of my nutritional needs.
