I hired Coast to Coast Event Staff to help me with a 40th birthday party for 40 guests. Dee answered the call when there was less than 7 days to the event. I originally asked for a bartender and an event helper to assist on the party day...I planned to do the rest on my own! Dee offered some helpful suggestions and worked with me to stay on budget. By the end her team created a stunning 3 tier cake and cake pops that matched my photo perfectly (with a 2 day deadline) - ordered/pick up/delivered food from my favorite restaurant - provided all party supplies - balloons - candy display - set up and cleaned up! That part might be easy but it was the customer service and level of communication that earns 5 stars. Dee took the worry right out of my hands. Anthony and Christie were professional and a fun addition to the party. I felt like a princess without breaking the bank and each and every guest left with a smile. Happy to be a referral as they earned my future business.
I was absolutely delighted with the music and Photo Booth for our 50th birthday party. There were an incredible number of songs from which to choose and the sound was clear and well modulated. There were numerous costumes to wear for the photos which were a nice momento of the occasion. This group would be a fun addition to any party and I look forward to enjoying their services again for our next function!
It was such a pleasure working with Eleven Courses. As the wedding planner, I hired them based upon my client's taste to be our premier caterer for a tented wedding reception at Glenview Mansion on April 11, 2015. Eleven Courses not only worked with me throughout the whole process, (i.e. tasting, contract, and walkthrough at the venue) they were always very responsive to my questions. In all honesty, their blend of professionalism and friendliness immediately made me feel like I was part of their team. The day of the event, Eleven Courses went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfectly executed. They arrived on time, helped to set up the table linens, plates, glasses, etc. contracted out by the tent company. The presentation of the food was immaculate. The food not only looked great, it was delicious. As well, the food was more than enough to accommodate the guest count. The guests raved all night about the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres in the mansion, and the main entrees served during the reception. Clean up was also perfectly executed by Eleven Courses. Their staff of servers were excellent and very helpful, and our tandem coordination made things seamless. I am so excited to work with Eleven Courses again, and cannot wait to recommend them to my future clients. They will for sure be one of my premiere catering vendors! I was beyond pleased as a vendor, and individual. I am all about customer service and they are outstanding. Eric & Chrissy are beyond great, and down-to Earth individuals to work with. They also go out of their way to ensure that your vision for food at your event is executed. A big thank you! Excellent service! I used their services for a Retirement Party. They arrived well of ahead of their scheduled time. Their music library and sound system are unbelievable. I received several compliments from the guests, young and old not one complaint. Both DJ's were very nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend their services to family and friends.

Mary was instrumental in making our wedding day go smoothly - and we are so grateful for her day-of coordination and support! Mary is generous with her time and made time to attend an on-site meeting, hold a call to walk through timelines, and chat through ad hoc details via text at the client's convenience. She also was incredibly flexible and agile when it came to last minute tasks/plans as I finalized details up until the day before. On the day of, Mary gracefully handled a transportation hiccup and helped coordinate travel between our ceremony and reception for our out of town guests. I hired Michele Palmer to be my day-off wedding coordinator for my 220-person wedding, and I could not be more pleased with the services that Michele and her colleague, Debby, provided! FANTASTIC!!! The wedding day-off coordination service is more that just the "day-off" - Michele came out to the venue and went over details with me a month prior to the wedding, her and Debby attended the rehearsal dinner (and patiently waited for our tardy wedding party), and Michele was quick to answer any questions I had and give me advice in the months leading up to our wedding. During the actual wedding day, Michele and Debby made sure everything went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Michele was also instrumental in providing me with great advice regarding asking my rental company for an early tent delivery - since it was expected to rain all week prior to our wedding. This ensured that the grass under the tent was relatively dry for our wedding day. I would 100% recommend Michele and her company to any future bride. Trust me, you need the help!!!
Jacqueline was beyond AMAZING. I booked her services for my wedding on Nov 4, 2017. She did an excellent job with decor, flowers, and day of coordination. Jacqueline was able to work with my budget and made my special day DELIGHTFUL! She can provide you with many of the things you'll need; making it a "one-stop-shop" experience. Jacqueline was very responsive, engaged, and always had an alternative plan. During the ceromony and reception, there were some last minute changes and she was able to keep the evening going flawlessly. Jacqueline was proactive and contacted all my vendors to make sure they were in board with the planned out order of events and etc. If you're in need of any of her services, I highly recommend booking her!
Diana Cleveland was our Wedding Officiant on our big day on Sunday, September 20, 2015 and she did a wonderful job. Her great performance made our wedding ceremony even more memorable, beautiful and special. We strongly recommend her professional services as a wedding officiant.
Even though I had Leslie just for day of coordination she was there chatting with me months before my wedding. She was there in my struggle to find a caterer. She went to the meeting with the decorator at the my venue. Leslie and her team made the biggest day of my life so stress free and special. Please please please just go to Leslie!
It is hard to know where to begin with this review... Tiffany Green and her staff were amazing in their level of professionalism, support, and courteous service throughout our event. We were celebrating our daughter's marriage and, as with any large party, there were a few glitches at the outset. Tiffany and staff arrived and saved the day -- helping us to quickly organize the platters, plates, beverages, etc. -- allowing us to step back and enjoy the experience. They were attentive throughout the evening. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again and will be recommending Party Helpers to our friends and familly! - Kathy K.

JCE did a wonderful job for my first "Plugged" event. The was an empowerment forum and from the beginning to the end JCE did an excellent job, with communication, product delivery, scheduling, planning, food selection, vendor preparation and staffing. My event was seamless and I don't know what I would have done without this company planning my event. We are due for another "Plugged" empowerment session 2015 and JCE will be planning and working this event again.
I have had such wonderful experiences with Design Innovation Yourself. I have attended many of their spectacular events and am always blown away by their professionalism, creativity, and stunning designs. I recently attended a 30th birthday party that they planned from the initial conception to complete day of decoration and coordination. It was beautifully decorated and so carefully organized, complete with so many of the little details that really give an event that "wow" factor. I was incredibly impressed.
