About
We are a classic Pilates studio with outstanding, detailed instruction with the best teachers in the area. We are Northern Virginia's only traditional Pilates studio in downtown Leesburg since 2002!
We offer private and semi-private instruction in a complete studio of Gratz apparatus. Mat classes and specialty workshops are also offered. E-mail Kerri for more information, or view our website for the current mat class schedules. All sessions on the apparatus are by appointment, Mon. to Sat.
All fitness levels are invited to our welcoming studio, where we empower individuals to improve their posture, strength, flexibility and leave feeling great!
