In addition, to the household debris located in my garage I had EBRR Logistics/Renovations disassemble and get rid of my camper trailer that was 40' long. All this was done in one day and couldn't be more impressed.
Cesar and his crew are amazing. They worked with me to get all the exterior and interior repairs/ painting completely in a timely manner. They were even able to replace part of my damaged hardwood floor. My home looks new. Highly recommend. I wish I could upload all of my before and after photos.
Replace window casing trim and a baseboard - caulk to paint ready condition. Norman was flexible in scheduling this work with us and was prompt on arrival. He was very friendly and we would not hesitate to hire him again. His quality met the high requirements of our painters.
Walter showed up on time, got the job done quickly and correctly, and didn't leave a mess behind like some plumbers I've dealt with in the past. Not only would I recommend him for a future job, I've already taken my own advice -- he's also a general contractor, and I'm already using him for an exterior house repair this weekend.
Mr. Zabec arrived on time to repair a broken pane of glass in a wooden kitchen door of our 70 year old home. He called before he arrived, was very pleasant and polite. I was impressed by his efficiency and knowledge of the particulars of working on an old house and explained the options for the different steps in the repair and suggested what would be best, explaining why. He went above and beyond by offering to paint the trim around the window pane that had had to be removed to do the repair if I had matching paint available, which I had. He even supplied the paint brush which I lacked. It all took less than an hour. When I had had another pane replaced in the past by someone else, I had to have someone else come in and repaint the trim. For having a broken window, it was an all around excellent experience.
We used Francisco on a commercial project with a very tight deadline. He was able to show up on time and knock out the work as quickly as we had hoped. We were short wallpaper from the beginning (supplied by our client), so he came back multiple times as we received more wallpaper to get the project completed for us in a timely manner so we could continue with the installation of millwork and trim.
I hired Antonio (Tony) Sanchez from Renaissance Restoration to complete a kitchen renovation this past fall (sorry I did not get around to completing this review sooner!). I did all the demolition, but the job included lights and electrical, plumbing repair, cabinet and counter top install, appliance install, and painting. Tony gave a very reasonable estimate and personally worked on my project with his assistant from start to finish as opposed to having one of his employees complete the job. As he began the job, he soon realized that virtually nothing from the original construction was square (townhouse was built in 1987). However, that did not phase him as he had the skills to adjust making those imperfections unnoticeable in the end. In addition, Tony has skills in most of the trades which meant that he did not have to sub different parts of the job out; he did all the electrical, plumbing and carpentry himself. The best part of my experience working with Tony was that he discussed and explained different options or ways of completing a task to ensure there were no surprises, and I was impressed with his willingness to even teach me a little along the way. He was flexible in allowing me to have a friend install the tile floor and was understanding of my need to stick to a rather tight budget. There are only two comments I could make for overall improvement: cleanliness and timeliness. On a couple of occasions, I had to discard empty food containers and drinks that had been left behind. I attributed this to oversight and could be easily improved by making an effort to clean up the work site after each day of work. Considering it was not a space I was using though, it was not that big of a deal. As for timeliness, the project took longer than expected to complete. However, I know that my involvement did have some impact on the schedule and the fact he was doing the work himself while still managing other jobs is a factor. I would not hesitate to bring Tony in for another project in the future. I am completely satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone.
I had a gas fireplace installed two years ago. Another contractor did the basic frame and sheetrock around the fireplace but didn't finish the job. Jenrri met with me in person to assessed the job and give a quote for the work. Jenrri was pleasant and professional and my two Westies both liked him. If they didn't like him I wouldn't have hired him. He said the front area around the firebox would need to have the sheetrock replaced with cement board. I was glad he knew this because not having the right materials could be a fire hazard. After meeting with him. I decided to hire him and planned for him to come Feb. 16-19, 2016 to do this job. He did this job with another worker named Melby. Jenrri and I had to buy materials from the store the first day, but Melby stayed and started working. He removed the sheetrock and also cut boards for the shiplap look I wanted on the upper front and sides of the fireplace. Jenrri and Melby completed cutting and installing about half of the boards the first day. They laid tile on the hearth and around the firebox. I had picked large tiles for the hearth and small tiles to go around the firebox. The small tiles took more time to cut and install. Some of the tile around the firebox doesn't lay completely flat because of the screws for the cement board and because the framing around the firebox wasn't level. If I had to pick again I would have picked larger tiles to go around the firebox. They would have been easier to install and wouldn't have shown that the firebox wasn't completely level. After the tile and boards were installed they painted all the boards and the two walls on each side of the fireplace. Then installed the mantle and touched up the painting. They did a very nice job cleaning up when the work was done and even put furniture and a rug back in place. They also completed the job on time. I am happy with my finished fireplace. It looks beautiful. Both Jenrri and Melby work hard and do a good job. Maybe if Jenrri did the whole project instead of finishing someone else's work it would have been perfect. I would hire him again and I would recommend him to others.
Sam and his crew did a great job. They were on time and very professional. They installed trim in our house, pressure washed the exterior and repainted our shutters. It looks like a different house and now we are ready to put our house on the market. You are in good hands with L&N Enterprise!!
We hired Mr. Ingram to install a new front door and storm door. He came out to assess the job and gave us a fair estimate right away. He worked quickly and cleanly, and was in contact with us throughout about options, color choices, etc. The job was challenging because we have an older home and he had to customize certain portions of the install. He did great work and also cleaned up thoroughly, hauled away debris and re-painted the wall, door and trim as part of the total price. A great experience start to finish.
We absolutely loved working with José and his team to tile our basement floor with ceramic wood-looking tile, expose a brick wall, and install new toilet and a wall-mounted sink. He works FAST and within budget. Extra things we needed done were added at very reasonable extra expense ($40-60 to repair an unexpected drywall hole behind a mirror). His team does beautiful work, and José made sure every bit of trash or demo material was taken away. They also went above and beyond to make things look nice. For example, I don't think they charged me extra when they plastered around our baseboards and it looks soooo much better! They also patched a little hole left by a past electrician's job. They took extra good care of our space as if it was their own home. We also like that he respected our desire to further finish our space ourselves ( we are ok with doing our own painting). I can't say enough good things. We will definitely hire José and Brandon Contracting for our next job.
Had Paul and team out to paint and install a laminate floor for us. Very efficient and professional, will definitely have them back for more work!
Oscar and team did an excellent job with siding and trim repairs, carport post replacement and painting the siding, windows, doors and trim of our house. He was able to solve some tricky trim issues that look perfect. Oscar was easy to work with and quickly addressed any issues I was concerned about. I would use Custom Colors again and have recommended him to a colleague.
I hired him to do the backsplash for my kitchen. He took his time to finish the job, he also install my kitchen faucet. excellent work. Very reliable. If you want your house to look like brand new he is the right guy.
Luis is very responsive, prompt, and reasonably priced. I contacted him and he came the next day to repair and paint the trim on my home. My house looks 100% better thanks to Luis and his team. I definitely recommend his services and will be hiring him again for future projects.
We originally needed broken steps repaired in a step-down family room. Since the tile was old and out dated, we also asked for a quote to replace all of the flooring. Naser was extremely helpful in providing the estimates for us. Once we decided to repair the steps and replace all of the flooring he helped us select and design a floor that is really beautiful. The work was done professionally and efficiently.
Install interior door, replace outdoor faucet
Initial estimate appointment arrived late. His estimate was thousands, YES thousands less than the five we received which was more inline with the amount of work needed. Replacing fascia board and two damaged internal boards along with the coping, seal and flashing. We had to reschedule onset of repair to our portico by two days for medical reasons, no one showed up at the new scheduled time. No call or response to texts, then showed up four hours late without announcing his arrival and went straight to work. Quoted the job using sheet metal but installed PVC boards, which works for us; just not what was finalized. Finished in the amount of time he promised and the job looks great. Offers a 5 year warranty on his work. Cleaned up after themselves and put my personal items back as they found them. We will be able to determine the quality of the work after the first rain storm.
Came highly recommended! Extremely professional and courteous. Had them replace trim extensively, paint exterior of house and general sealing and caulking. Job had some weather related delays but other than minor adjustments to our punch list, these guys did a great job. Will definitely hire them again!
Sam and his team were a lifesaver by responding quickly to our need to restore a condo in need of repair from water damage. The water damage had displaced a renter and every day passed meant another day with no home for the renter and lost rental income for the owner. Sam and team juggled schedules and worked extended hours to complete the list of projects required to get the condo ship shape. This included drywall repair, woodwork/trim replacement, and extensive painting, as well as light fixture and window blind installations. Sam was accessible the entire time, their workmanship was high quality and their work ethic was strong. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future!
Carlos was able to meet a tight deadline with the repair of a window that had leaked. He removed the old damage, primed and painted the interior trim and sealed the exterior perimeter of the window. Thanks again!
