We hired Nely to clean our house and her team did a fabulous job! We haven’t two dogs, so cleaning is no easy task! We did a deep clean, and then will continue to use her service monthly. It is such a relief to come home from work to a cleanhouse. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: Albeit our initial experience was nothing short of great due to quality of work, value, and punctuality, as time went on, it seem that Ms. Nely and crew started to feel a little too comfortable and would knock at our door before our scheduled appointment time and had started parking on our driveway, effectively blocking us from leaving the premises. The quality of work is GREAT, as I mentioned, but for whatever reason, they did not use the cleaning solution I provided specific to the wood floors and unfortunately, damaged the surface of the floor, even though it was discussed at our first meeting that we wanted the floors to be treated with utmost care w/the cleaning solution we picked as it was sanded/stained/treated by hand. We communicated mainly with Ms. Nely's husband because he spoke English well, however, he was not present at any of the service. Only 1 person spoke English in the 3-person crew and one he is a teenage kid so communication was a bit of an issue after awhile, not to mention a risk to us because he appeared to be a minor (probably a responsible one, but a minor nevertheless). Great quality but hire at your discretion.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The condition of your home. Is it very messy, in decent condition, or kept clean but needs maintenance? It's ok if it's messy, that's what we're here for, but let us know in advance so we come prepared!
Other items to know before calling a professional include: the square footage of your home, if you have any pets, if there are cleaning products that you prefer and if there are rooms that are rarely used and just need a light touch.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone call to get to know you and your expectations better so that we can meet them. We then agree on a booking date and send you a confirmation email with all the details. We offer an app called Launch27 where you can change the schedule, communicate with the cleaner, update payment information and more. Our cashless payments mean you never have to run out to the ATM to grab cash because the cleaner is coming.

All our cleaners have years of experience cleaning homes and a proven track record of satisfied customers!
