FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't do grass, edge cutting, leaf clean up hourly unless it's a huge job, if it's domestic i Price by the job. Also I wouldn't never use customers tools, due can lead to arguments if they break and are not as productive to use as professional equipment. I Have all the essential equipment, 2 pick ups, dump truck trailers, and all tree care equipment. Always willing to work out the price if client say to me the budget before me sending my quote, would be awesome if that could work for both. I wish to go that way further into this field. It would be interesting to watch how others who quote significantly lower would do the job and what standard they would operate at.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know time is precious, Its always best to actually see the job location sizes and layout including access, difficult to price just from picture, but on that note i would say final price would have be after site visit or if i got good pictures alone then go towards top end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As has been said, growing what you like is the key. The challenge is finding out what you like, I am certified in landscaping, arborist climber, holding pesticides license and fertilization certification.
