Kristina is a true professional. I came to her for personal training and some help with getting a plan and getting on track and got much more than expected. She held me accountable and was engaging without being too cheerleadery or annoying during the process! She is REAL and gets me motivated! I’ve gained strength, lost weight and am finally having control of my fitness and nutrition .
