Upgrade team did a great job removing the sliding door and installing double French doors. They took additional steps to ensure leveling of the doors as our floors were uneven.I would definitely hire them again for any of our future protects.

Didn’t seal the door on the edge . Which would be cool but I paid 350 for a door installation and expected a full door installation. Asked us to buy the material which is fine however wanted to charge 40 dollars to pick it up from the store. I decided to use a small business to help our community and I’m disappointed in the work was thought to be 350 worthy. . .

My son and Daughter in law live in Norfolk and I live in Lexington, Ky. I had promised my daughter in law a new storm door for her birthday but getting it bought and installed 500 miles away sight unseen was worrying me a little. I was contacted by Mr Bell with BRC and he sounded very knowledgeable. I explained my situation and he went out of his way to drop off door brochures at their house, and personally take measurements. He let them pick out the door they wanted and he picked it up at the store and installed it. I know he went out of his way to make things simple since he was dealing with me long distance. He gave me very reasonable estimate for installation and did it for that price. My daughter in law was very impressed with his manner and professional attitude and she loves her door. I have seen pictures and it looks great. I especially liked that he had a PayPal account to handle the transactions. I made sure he left his card at my son's house because I would definitely hire again for another project.

Ameal reached out to me when I had gotten no response for days from any other repairmen in the Norfolk area. Gave me a very reasonable quote and time and did a great job! The original problem was to fix two doors that would not close or lock, but we found out there were two more doors when he got there and did those too. He called me and sent pictures after the fact as well (this was for a rental property of mine). Overall fantastic service and response time, would definitely hire him again!

The only good thing I can truly say is that Donald does know his doors. Other than that he was consistently late, the way he spoke to his son, and the quality of work completed was unprofessional to say the least. There were and still are several things wrong with the installation which took way too long to complete. As a customer I do not feel that I should have had to reach out as much as I did to have the work completed once started. I will not be hiring this company again for any further work and I do not recommend them to anyone else who may need doors installed.
