Chris came in and made some repairs patched any gaps between the existing flooring and sanded the entire area. he made an application of a natural finish. The second step of the final finish and the re-installation of the floor molding was cancelled, as we had at that point sold the house as is. Chris reduced his final billing price to reflect the work he did not do, but from the work that was done, the floors looked like they were brand new. He had a significant patch in the hallway where an old floor furnace used to be, (5'x5') repair, and you would never had known that hole in the hardwood floor ever existed. He is a young contractor, but he certainly knows his work, as evidenced in the job he performed on this floor resurfacing and the repairs he made. He arrived on time, and worked on the job every minute he was here. I would recommend that anyone needing to really enhance the beauty as well as adding to the value of your home, Chris and company can make it happen. This floor was installed in 1952, and some times it was carpeted, but for the last 30 years it was bare floors with area rugs in the house. The floor now looks like it was installed yesterday.
