Kaylin catered a Mexican dinner party for me for 12 people. She designed the menu. The food was delicious and plentiful. The salmon was so good and the street corn was amazing. There were so many dishes and toppings for the tacos. I would highly recommend Kaylin as your private chef.

Kaylin is a delight to work with and a talented chef. The way she is able to pair different flavors of the season with sandwich, salad, and dessert selections is remarkable and delicious. Her choices for my event as well as the way she presented each entree was amazing! I received more than I hoped for with Kaylin. Kaylin considers everything when she takes on an event - guests, quality, quantity, and presentation. My guests and I truly enjoyed every morsel of food and there was enough for them to take a few items home. Her cost is commensurate with the effort and work Kaylin puts in for one's special occasion. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to use the highest quality ingredients available, so the price of my services will reflect that. I believe all my clients deserve to taste the very best of the bounty that is the East Coast.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by choosing our menu format. I offer a complimentary custom menu consultation via phone/videoconference/or we can meet in person where we get to know each other and personalize your menu. The second option is Chef’s Choice Menu where the magic is left to me and I write your menu based on my current inspiration and seasonality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Johnson and Wales University and studied Culinary Arts. I have completed Food Service Management ServSafe training.
