I am very satisfied with my results!! I owe it to my trainer Sean. I had 0 motivation to get into the gym, eat right and lose weight but he helped me get there. He's so authentic, knowledgeable and has such great passion for what he does. He was very understanding, pushed me to overcome boundaries I never thought I could. I am now in so much better shape, I cut 10 lbs in just 4 weeks with many more to go. He really empowers you and pushes you to be the best you can be.

I needed help to strengthen and retrain my back after surgery. Also, after years of neglect, it was time to get back on track. Sean's attention to detail, dedication, skill and expertise are IMPRESSIVE!! He is a great motivator.....just amazing!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!
