I am a classically trained chef, currently executive chef at RU, erstwhile exec chef senior at VT and at The Citadel in Charleston, SC. We provide exceptional food and service, looking mostly for upscale events and smaller parties (no party is too small for us!). Our fare is prepared in a DOH inspected kitchen by a Servesaf certified chef (me) to insure the highest standards in safety, quality and wholesomeness, and our prices are totally reasonable!
