It takes potential buyers 10 seconds or less to form an opinion on how they feel about about a house, so my goal is to WOW them from the very FIRST step. I also provide a room-by-room in-depth checklist for my clients so that they can navigate the process smoothly and efficiently. As a patented product inventor and lifestyle brand entrepreneur, I approach each property as a business does their products. Proper marketing is essential if we are to sell quickly, for a higher price and with the least stress involved in the process. Think of your home's staging like the "packaging". It needs to appeal to a buyer's emotions as well as their price point. I help homeowners transition from homeowner mentality to housepreneur using a step by step formula that works. I have written a book about this which I include as part of my service and will help sellers better understand their "product" and process of home selling so that they can navigate the process sanity intact.
