FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep it straight forward and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To first learn their goals, their experience level, their musical taste, and what equipment (if any) they already have. Once I’ve learned this, I can figure out the best path forward to accomplish your goals. I want teaching to be custom for each student, because that’s what my private guitar teacher’s did for me as I progressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive music background. I played trumpet through high school, affording me the chance to play at Carnegie Hall in one of my proudest moments. I was a music technology minor at Georgia Southern, where I also played at regular open mics, bars, with a band at parties, and in an interesting turn of events providing an opening acoustic set before the Jabbawockeez performed a dance routine (5000 person audience, which was exciting to carry on my own with an acoustic). I’ve written music the whole time, and now write professionally. As I build up this career in songwriting I would like to teach others as a rewarding way to make a living.
