Carrie and her team trained me for my first race ever at the age of 55!! I had never even run outside! After many cold Sunday morning runs,several boot camp training classes and lots of nutritional advice I finished the Monument 10K in a little over 1 hour. I would highly recommend Carrie and her team to anyone that wants a professional , caring and dedicated trainer. PS expect to work hard!
Andrew is an amazing instructor! I attend one of his boot camp classes and can honestly say that by the end of class I definitely feel the workout. He pushes you to go the extra distance, while at the same time ensuring you have proper form during each exercise so that you get the most out of your workout. Definitely five stars!!
I contacted Steve in January in preparation for my June wedding. Steve's response was immediate and we soon established a regular schedule. Our sessions are always fun, customized to my needs and constantly changing to prevent any boredom. I have always been active and in relatively good shape, however, I wanted to take my workouts to the next level. I told Steve that I wanted to focus on toning my arms, as well as some general weight lose. I have succeeded in both! It is incredibly rewarding to have friends comment on how my body has changed!
