- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught chef with over 32 years of hands-on cooking experience. My training comes from decades of learning through practice, experimentation, and a deep passion for food. Over the years, I’ve successfully catered a wide range of events—including baby showers, weddings, private parties, and corporate functions—which has allowed me to refine my skills in menu planning, presentation, and customer service. My experience has taught me how to deliver high-quality food consistently, manage time and logistics under pressure, and meet the unique needs of each client.
