HVAC installation with replacement of all Air Ducts. The total installation took two days. JDM technicians kept us informed as to what they expected to accomplish each day. In the beginning JDM was most helpful in assisting us determining the correct size HVAC for our home. JDM's workmanship is of the highest caliber with their installation charge very reasonable, beating out most of the local larger HVAC companies. We can highly recommend JDM. My only regret is the lack of photos to post, I apologize for that.

They responded to my inquiry almost immediately, came out to diagnose the issue quickly, and walked me through all of my options from targeted repairs to a full system replacement. I really appreciated how professional, transparent, and low-pressure they were throughout the entire process. We ended up moving forward with a full HVAC system replacement (including a new 2-ton Grandaire system with indoor and outdoor units, thermostat, coil, and safety components). Diagnostic is too expensive. First time I dealt with this company Representative wasn't truthful and said they had free Diagnostic for that week. So Technician gets here and tells me the problem and tells me how much it is to fix issue and says if I decide not to go with the repair then it's 89 dollars Diagnostic fee . But I thought Diagnostic was free. Just say the Diagnostic is waived if I go with repair. Don't lie and say it's free. And the repair was expensive for what was done last hvac guy I had charged me 99 dollars compared to the 329.00 that they charged me doing the same repair now my Ac is not working properly still and now they wanna charge me 99 dollars for a diagnostic to come back out. This company will suck you dry if you allow them to come back. Not good first time customer service if you ask me! The only reason I went with this company cause my regular hvac guy wasn't available at the time.
