- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is either pay per session if I have clients that have challenging work schedule or packages to meet with all budgets. I make sure that if there is a client that has the desire that I look for to train I will work with the individual to find the best way to make it work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. I read every day different magazines related to fitness which provides me with great new tips I than can utilize in my training. I attend seminars, I myself am I student still of fitness and have a trainer of my own to always keep me pushing myself harder. I never ask any of my clients to do something That I have never done. My education is very hands on and I like to keep my mind and body as involved in workouts as I ask my clients. But again I read daily some sort of self improvement book or magazine or article and apply what I have read to my daily life.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I would like to say I got into personal training for some grand reason but it was simply because I wanted to show my two sons that their daddy will do whatever it takes to stay fit and healthy for as long as I can to join them in all their sporting and life activities. My 2 sons are my biggest inspiration in why I choose to train and inspire others.
