Debbie's hypnotherapy and life coaching has been what I have been searching for! Having been through therapy before and never had success, I decided to try something new to help me with accomplishing my goals in life, getting rid of stress, anxiety and fears. This was one of the best decisions I have made. My experiences with her have been enjoyable! She has helped me get into daily meditations, helped me become more in tune with myself and capture the misses pieces in life that have limited me on becoming the person I am meant to be. She follows up with you weekly and gives assignments to help you stay and on track. I am truly blessed to be working with her and I recommend her highly.

Brianna is the absolute BEST yoga teacher that I have ever had! She really knows her practice and has a gift for teaching others. She helps instill confidence in new and veteran participants. Her classes are TRULY amazing and can challenge one's abilities.

    I began training with Whitley about a year ago. I remember feeling really bad about myself. I avoided mirrors and I hated every picture I was in. Actually, i was beginning to hate everything about myself. It was hard to me to accept that i was 40+lbs overweight, had high blood pressure, and a really unhealthy relationship with food. The first time I met with Whit, i was so ashamed, but she made me feel so inspired and hopeful. Hearing her story made me feel so much better about mine. I started with just one session a week. I hated the gym, but Whitley made it so much fun! Each workout was challenging but I lost 12lbs after just working out with her for 3 weeks. I was hooked. I love how she guides me through a meditation at the end of the workouts too. One year later, i am now vegan, in the BEST shape of my life, and the happiest I’ve ever been-all thanks to Whitley! I couldn’t recommend a better trainer! 10/10
