I've been working with Steve for a couple of months because I wanted to feel stronger and more conditioned. Steve has given me several workouts that are effective and fun, and he's been really supportive of my goals. I feel a lot better than I did before I started training, and I've found that I can do things that I couldn't do before (like certain yoga poses).

Two years ago, I was looking for a way to stay strong despite a diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis. I needed a trainer who could be flexible and innovative to work around my ever-changing joint issues. I found one in Steve. He patiently changes my workouts on the fly as needed and I am in shape despite the RA and multiple surgeries. In fact, I'm stronger than I've ever been and I owe it all to Steve!

I contacted Steve in January in preparation for my June wedding. Steve's response was immediate and we soon established a regular schedule. Our sessions are always fun, customized to my needs and constantly changing to prevent any boredom. I have always been active and in relatively good shape, however, I wanted to take my workouts to the next level. I told Steve that I wanted to focus on toning my arms, as well as some general weight lose. I have succeeded in both! It is incredibly rewarding to have friends comment on how my body has changed! I would recommend Steve to anyone who has areas they need to work on, or someone that wants to incorporate a great, individualized workout into their routine!
