- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If 8 sessions are purchased up front the client receives a discounted rate of $45/session, for a total of $360/8 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin with a FREE initial consultation in order to get to know the client better and find out more about their fitness goals, their current health, and general lifestyle habits. This can be done via phone, in person or facetime/video chat, at the preference of the client. If it seems to be a good fit for both parties we can discuss pricing options and set up our first workout! Payments are to be paid immediately POST the first workout in order to give the client peace of mind that they are investing in the right trainer/workout! I always take progress photos and measurements in the first session and every 8 sessions thereafter to ensure we are on the right track for meeting your goals!

B.S. Degree in Exercise Science from VCU. Over 15 years experience in Personal Training, Group Exercise, Corporate Fitness Management, and more. I have several years of ACE Personal Fitness Trainer Cert under my belt.
