Had issue with water heater, outside faucet and toilet. Toilet issue was just replacing the handling-works fine now. The water heater and outside faucet was told to put hose cap to stop with leaking but this is not a long term fixed. Only slowed flow of water dripping. Overall, i think job was done ok. May use again in future

My wife and I needed a water heater installed and wasn't about to call out Micheal and son they were way too expensive for previous jobs we had them perform after research and looking at many plumbing services we received a call back from Mr. Banks we explain the situation to him that we were experiencing with our water heater and it was a special sized heater that we needed installed a very tight space.Long story short he came out on his day off even went to the store to help us pick out the heater he was very patient and polite not expensive. He will work with you and do very professional work the only issue we had was the special ordered heater came into the store banged and busted up so Mr.banks suggested to send that thing back which is exactly what we did and after a little back and forth with that stores main office the heater came back faster than expected and Mr.banks response back was quick the heater was installed and Mr.Banks didn't just take money because the job was complete he stuck around for a while to make sure everything was legit with the heater My wife and I have found our handy man and plumber in one man and will call him back for more projects thank you Mr Banks.
