Pricing is simple: $35 for half hour, $55 for one hour sessions. Discounts are available for clients who refer friends.

Establish rapport with client and formulate a plan to achieve their goal such as losing weight, preparing for an athletic event, building muscle, or all around general fitness.

College degree from Old Dominion, multiple certifications in training (ACE, ISSA) Background in: -Body building, CrossFit, powerlifting, MMA, TRX, sport specific training, and senior citizen functional fitness
