The food was wonderful. The fruit display looked very nice. I told you 150 people but we had some surprise guest. All together we had at least 200 and still had enough food and took some home. The table was set up beautifully. I cried when I saw the reception hall. Thank you for Chef Zimmerman for catering my wedding. You have made my day remember.
PICK CRYSTAL- you won’t be disappointed! Crystal came and turned my wedding from a nightmare to the best day of our life. At the last minute, 5 days before our wedding, my last coordinator stopped responding and was our connection to the decorator. I came on thumbtack and picked Crystal in an emergency because we have the same name and I am so glad that we did. Even though I was stressed to the max due to my situation, I was able to forget my worries for the entire day because she and her team made sure we had no worries. I’d recommend her to anyone over and over again, she was definitely a Godsend and a life saver.

I can't say enough positive words about Soirees by Lauren! We hired them for our wedding on 9/23/2017, and to say they handled so many minor stresses we (the bride & groom) wouldn't want to deal with on our wedding day would be an understatement! We met with Ashley many months in advance, and from that moment on I knew she knew what she was doing! A couple weeks prior to our wedding day she sent me a questionnaire that was so in-depth it hit details I hadn't even thought of! At the rehearsal, we had Allie, who took control and helped make sure everything would run smoothly while still listening to my concerns (I wanted to walk from a different location so as not to be seen until right near the ceremony site, and she was very helpful in pitching ideas and making sure it was ultimately how I wanted it). The rehearsal was quick & easy! The wedding day we had Allie & Mariah, and they had our printed out questionnaire and notes and took care of so many little details I had stressed over! By the time we finished photos of the bridal party, I looked over and they had broken down and packed up all of our ceremony decorations! They set all of our favors and place cards up for us and at the end of the night, everything at our reception was carefully packed away in our family's vehicles. I would recommend this team to anyone planning a wedding - they are worth every penny for the so many things they take of prior to & during the wedding!
Kellie DJed my wedding and she was amazing! She is very personable and gave me a price I couldn't say no to. I gave her a list of a few songs that I had to have and she made an amazing playlist around those. There was never a dull moment. She kept my guests up and moving throughout the reception. I had a wonderful experience with Curtis. I planned my wedding in Virginia from another state. He was great to work with. He was very efficient with contacting me before the wedding. I appreciated that he wanted to meet up before the event to meet us and to talk face to face. During the event, he was wonderful !!! He played everything to our requests and much more. Everyone at the wedding said how pleasant he was to talk to and that he did a great job with the music. I can't thank him enough for being a part of our day.

Tara did an amazing job with coordinating my wedding as a day-of planner. She kept consistent contact with me throughout the months prior to the wedding. She attended my final details appointment and the rehearsal. She was always punctual, encouraging, thoughtful, and provided lots of good ideas and positive feedback. On the day of the wedding, she went above-and-beyond with the venue set up; she doled out tasks to helpers in a useful manner, and was working diligently to make sure that everything came together on-time, and according to how I had envisioned. She rolled-with-the-punches when we had a few hiccups in our schedule, and did a great job with communicating with the vendors and keeping the events moving in a timely manner. I am grateful to Tara for all of her hard work, patience, and help. She really helped to make my wedding a success.

An April Affair really took care of everything for my wedding day! I was stressed out and tired from all the planning I was trying to do in a few months so I decided to reach out and get help from her services and it was amazing! Very professional and proficient.
Maegen coordinated my wedding in 2012. She helped me find local bridal and cake shops, DJs and venues for our wedding. We started planning about a year in advance and she was there every step of the way. Maegen had great ideas for decor and made sure we did not forget any important details. By the day of our wedding Maegen had been in contact with all of vendors involved(cake lady, DJ, caterer, photographer, musician,etc.) and coordinated what time they should arrive to the venue to set up for the wedding. She was there bright and early the day of our wedding and made sure everyone arrived on time and set up as planned. When there was a delay in my arrival she made an announcement to the guests explaining the delay and convinced our caterer to open the bar which our guests greatly appreciated! She made sure we stayed on time all night even though we started an hour late and ensured the major events were done early so those who wanted to leave could. She ensured we had time to take all of the photos we wanted and they turned out amazing. At the end of the night she worked with my family to move all of our gifts out of the venue and made sure all of the guests were out of the building by the required time so we did not get charged extra! She made our wedding day stress free and enjoyable! We could not have asked for a better coordinator for our wedding!

One of the most important and rewarding decisions I made through the process of planning my wedding was choosing M&T to be my wedding planners. These girls are absolutely amazing. They took care of everything from helping me find a venue, to even taking my veil to get it cleaned for me. They were there every step of the way, for every contract I signed, for every decision I made, for picking out decorations and flowers, even for giving my dad (who lives out of state) directions when he got lost in Richmond on his way to the rehearsal. These girls were with me through thick and thin, and helped me plan the most amazing wedding I could have ever wanted, in only 3 months. When it came down to the day of, if anything caused complications, I never even knew it. Everything went so smoothly and just the way I imagined it would. At the end of the day they always ensured that all of the contracts were being followed and I was getting everything I wanted. Through this experience, these girls are so much more than just some wedding planners that I hired and will never talk to again now that the big day is over with, I can honestly say that these girls are and always will be my friends.
