Of course we tried working the problem by renting a 100ft snake and to no avail nothing. Per a recommendation we contact ER Plumbing. He responded within minutes and arrived to my home and hour later. After snaking both outside cleanouts and doing what was needed to clean the drain he said my side cleared and everything working. He recommended calling the Chesapeake Utilities to ensure a through cleaning on the drains owned by the City. Chesapeake City Utilities came out within 2 hours of the call to them they came out and cleared the City portion of the drains. ER Plummers did a excellent job. I highly recommend them."See more
