- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of menu items the client decides they want to have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer new clients a complimentary consultation. During the consultation we will discuss the needs and wants of the clients. If needed we will set up a consultation to taste the menu of their choice. Once the tasting has been completed we will set up the date and time and all other details of their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I try to take at least one class every two weeks. I read a lot of magazines and articles to see what's going on the culinary world.
