I really felt I had a good workout. I've had many trainers in many states and I find Walt to be one of the best I've had. He's also incredibly reasonable price wise. Truly almost too good to believe, but it's because he truly wants his clients to continue training and achieve their goals. This is a passion for him and it shows in his work. I had a great workout. He he showed to be knowledgeable and had good discernment for my physical ability. I feel comfortable knowing he'll be able to get me where I'd like to be. I am a physician and don't write this lightly. He doesn't have a fancy facility so if you're looking for some country club environment then this may not be the place for you. But if you truly care about results and want to work with someone who has a pain and drive to work with you to get there then look no further. This is the ONLY place you need to be.
I have tried many personal trainers before. Sanford is a different story. He started me with a whole week of capabilities evalauation and a slower pace witkout to check my capabilities. He gave me a meal plan to follow and he does my work out with me! Iam now at the end of week two and already 7 pounds down! My workout is jever dull and it changes daily! If the weather permits, we take it outside. If you want to make a change, Hire this guys!
Winfrey is someone who can help you reach your goal without any feelings of intimidation. His help and understanding comes from his personal experience Of being morbidly over weight. Something lots of trainers Can't identify with. He went through what we are going through for years. After seeing his pictures I no longer had excuses of not being able to lose my weight and achieve A life of being healthier and happier. I have had the opportunity to see Brian Lewis compete on the Physique stage, and he is one of the top athletes in the country. I also would say he is one of the top Personal Trainers/Coaches in the region as well. I highly endorse Brian in the profession of Fitness and Health!
I started working with Jamie about a month ago. We had a meet and greet and set up an appointment to do an assessment. Jamie is awesome! She took the time to meet with me and get to know me and what my goals are as far as getting into shape. I've met with her several times and felt my training has been awesome. She pushes me and does not let me quit. She is truly concerned about my well being and health. She always has a workout plan that fits my needs and makes great use of our time. In the short time I've been meeting with her not only is she a great trainer , she has earned my trust. I meet at her house and she has everything we need to work out. I had a few things come up in my personal life keeping me from meeting with Jamie. She has been very patient with me and very understanding. I hope to get back on track once I get things situated. Her fees are phenomenal compared to other trainers. I would recommend Jamie.
I have been working with Ben for about a year now, and I love his workouts! They are always challenging, and tailored to my fitness goals. He checks in with me both before and after each workout, he helps me make smart food decisions, and he is dedicated to helping me reach my fitness goals. True professional trainer! Would recommend him to everyone (from couch potato wanting to change to athlete looking to switch up their routine).
I don't have a lot of experience working with personal trainers but I know how intimidating it can be. Sasha and the other trainers at straight edge to make sure that you feel comfortable when you're working with them. Sasha goes above and beyond to teach you about the importance of eating right and how to make the changes fit into your life. She has been there and can speak from experience. She creates challenging routines but adapts each exercise to your fitness level. She is a great trainer and motivator.
Joe is an awesome trainer, he always has a new WOD to keep it fresh and keep you interested! He takes the time to individually help you and make sure you are using the correct form to get the best results! Highly recommended from a beginner like me!
So if you're reading this because you have the opportunity to train with Jill then two things - congratulations, and I'm incredibly jealous! Jill is definitely a remarkable trainer, but she's really so much more than that. When you train with Jill she becomes an extremely selfless and dedicated partner in helping you achieve your fitness goals, so much so that her inspiration and motivation will carry you further than you've ever thought possible. I trained with Jill 3 days a week for 14 months, stopping only because she left the area. My first 3 months with her I lost 20 pounds to get to my goal weight, and for the remaining 11 months I added lean muscle mass while reducing body fat - from 24% to 16%, measured with bod pod, and all thanks to her. Along the way she was so genuinely excited at each of my achievements that I in turn became excited to try even harder - not in a torturous way but for the pure fun of it! I saw her apply this same approach to several clients with great results, always with smiles, laughs, and an incredibly positive attitude! And that's the beauty of Jill's ability, she makes it so much fun to get fit and stay fit. One reason she's so great is because she's doing exactly what she was meant to do, and it really shows. She has an incredible work ethic and is continuously increasing her breadth and depth of knowledge on everything related to fitness. She's very creative and always comes up with workouts that are challenging...and with her coaching they are just such a blast to do! So if you have the opportunity, you really owe it to yourself to train with Jill, it will be such a thrilling, energetic, and fun ride that will never be boring and never disappoint! HAVE FUN!!
I trained with Brian for over a year at X3 before he left Atlanta. I was very sorry to see him go. From day 1 he impressed me with his very thorough technical knowledge and his attention to detail. Before living in Atlanta I trained for 5 years at Sweat in Orlando and thus have a high standard for personal trainers. Brian completely sold me on his skills from the first day. The sessions were immediately geared towards my goals, with complex, full body moves in the weight room and fast-paced cardio/bootcamp-style sessions meant to raise and lower heart rate in intervals. All the things I knew I had to do to get to my goals. I also noticed he kept notes of my progress so I had confidence that he was going to push and change things as progress dictated. He did in fact over time alter not just the weights but the sessions to adjust based on progress I was or was not making. He brought up nutrition from the first day, setting goals for me, setting up a tracking system, and was always very proactive about reviewing my food journals. He was never afraid to call me out on things I should be changing, which is good. You don't need a trainer to tell you what you want to hear! His meal service was on point. Very tasty food, lots of options, and cooked with a lot of attention to the ingredients, quality, and cooking methods. That was a very nice added bonus. I can't speak highly enough of Brian, he is an excellent personal trainer.
Caleb is by far among the best trainers you could hope to have. After just two sessions, my joints and muscles were feeling better. After using his techniques, he was able to rid me of my dreadful ankle brace that I have been dependent on for years. Literally no longer need it anymore. He is very professional and courteous, and a downright genuine person. I swear he makes you feel like you've known him for years lol. His slow and steady approach is what makes him an effective trainer. He doesn't jump right into it, he heals you from within first, by targeting your sore and tight muscles tissues and joints first. Once you are able to move better and more efficiently, he then focuses your training on fitness. That is what I respected most about him....his slow and steady approach. Trust me, you will want to kill him at first because he doesn't take it easy on you, but you will learn to love him for it. I know I did. Unfortunately with me being on the military, I came down on orders and had to move away. But if I could pack him away in my duffle bag and take him with me, I so would. Caleb is the REAL DEAL and you will not regret hiring this man for a better you. He is awesome!
Angela is best and I saw the significant results after we started the training. We use to train 2 days a week from may of 2016 and I'm very disappointed that she has to move away to different place. She custom designed a meal plan and workout sets for me and that helped me a lot. Also, she is very good at motivation and pushing the thresholds to improve the endurance and agility training.

Kelsey is an excellent trainer. She is always very flexible when I need to rearrange my training sessions. She gets back to me immediately. She is also always changing up my routines to keep it interesting and challenging.
I worked with Doug 10 years ago and got amazing tesults. Immediately upon returning to the Hampton Roads area I contacted Doug again so that I can acheive the same great results. He is professional and has a love for fitness. He is dedicated and keeps it intetesting , he will push you and encourage you to reach your goal whatever that maybe for you. He listens and will give you 110% but be prepared to work. You get out what you put in. When you seek him out get your mind ready to work and the results will come. The best trainer I'v EVER had hands down!!!
Your personal trainer constantly strives to find the right workout for your skill levels and physical ability. I have a disadvantage due to an accident and Colleen has been great giving me exercises that fit within my physical capacity. She pushes you to do your very best! She has helped me increase my strength over the past few months as well as reduce my stress. I am very pleased with results and highly recommend this service.
Tony is an amazing trainer. He pushes you to "do only your best" but that makes you want to push your self harder. He follows up with his cliants the next day to see how your feeling and asks is there anything he should be aware of prior to your work out. I would totally recommend him!!!!
Im going to leave an honest review. I've known Chris for ten years, he's married to my best friend. I saw the transformation he made to himself and his lifestyle and seeing his journey first hand is part of the reason I knew he could help me. I had lost a child and wanted to escape the post partum body I'd felt betrayed by and I needed an outlet to help my mind at the time. Cris took me on as a client and it's the best decision I could have made for my life. I genuinely look forward to my sessions, I leave every single day feeling empowered mentally and physically. I've worked with trainers in the past so my review is based on that comparison. Cris will listen to you, he will talk things through if you need to, he explains exactly what the work out is and the why and how it works. I'm clueless about gym equipment, but after our sessions I am way more confident that not only would I not be intimidated if I went to a gym on my own, but that hes teaching me the right form so that I'd actually be using the equipment correctly and efficiently. Cris would be a great trainer for a range of clients because he's not going to intimidate anyone. Will he push you? Yes. Will you be grateful for it? Yes. If you're someone whose intimidated by trainers or the gym but desperately wants to make a change-he's the trainer for you. I can't recommend him enough. On top of all of that he's a good person you can trust with a phenomenal family who works ridiculously hard. You won't regret a penny of it & your body & mind will thank you.
Renall does an excellent job of adjusting the work-outs as needed to correct muscle imbalances and form. The best trainer I've worked with and I've tried 2 other trainers previously.
Great trainer! I lost most of my baby weights after the third child in half a year. The training process is tough but no pain, no gain.
