I regularly attend webinars, seminars, and trade shows to stay up to date on the latest travel updates. I am also a member of Professional Travel Agents of North America (PTANA), which keeps me in the know.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I work for my customers, not the travel suppliers. I don't represent any particular resort, cruise line, airline, etc. I work for you, and I am your advocate.
