My 7 year old son had his first piano lesson with his new instructor, Florentina, and it was just great. She was wonderful with him, and he learned a tremendous amount. He can't wait for her to return!

Tona is an amazingly compassionate and dedicated instructor. She provides voice, violin, and piano lessons to my 3 children; with great flexibility to their varying interests and moods. They are developing a wonderful appreciation for music and the capacity to make their own. Tona is very talented, open, and dedicated to her profession. I would recommend her without reservation.

Mr. Waynan is very patient and inspiring. His years of experience playing the violin and his enthusiasm to share his passion makes him a great mentor for my son. My son enjoys going to his violin lessons and has demonstrated great improvement under his guidance.

I was a little nervous going into it, having no violin experience and being an adult, but Jeremy really helped out explaining what to do and what is expected. He is well organized, professional, and an excellent teacher.

I have been taking my daughter to The Music Loft for piano lessons since they opened in October 2010. This is a "different" kind of music store. It is all about teaching students with all else taking a back seat. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating when schedules need adjusting. Often I spend the whole 30 minutes waiting for my daughter conversing with Jason in a very relaxed atmosphere. I'm contemplating starting lessons here myself later this year

Gosh, you simply can't do better. Where else are you going to find a classically trained bluegrass expert with a Masters degree, giving affordable private lessons? Chris is just amazing.

About

Given that I picked up the violin at a relatively later age than many professionals who do so at the conventional ages of six and under, I understand the value of conscious practicing. My mission is to encourage young musicians to steer clear from incognizant practicing habits that will result in the wasting of their time and to take up effective learning skills that will help make their performances fun and enjoyable while increasing their learning curves.
